St Thomas’ – Foyer & Hall Alterations

AIM was invited to reimagine key communal spaces at St Thomas’, focusing on how the church welcomes people in and supports day-to-day parish life.

The foyer was opened up and carefully refurbished to create a lighter, more accessible entrance, while subtle improvements within the main hall enhanced comfort and presentation without altering the building’s character.

Working within an active parish required sensitivity and planning; each phase was coordinated around services and community use to minimise disruption. The result is a series of calm, practical spaces that feel more welcoming – small, thoughtful changes that make a meaningful difference to the life of the church.
