This project began with an ambitious set of plans and a clear vision from the clients: to transform a dated property into a generous, modern family home.

Following a referral, AIM was appointed to deliver the full scheme on a fixed-price basis, with a carefully programmed 38-week schedule that guided the project from first day on site to completion.

Working closely with the clients, we approached the design with clarity and collaboration, refining details and resolving practical considerations as the build progressed. The triple extension, together with a full internal refurbishment, reshaped the layout into a series of bright, well-connected spaces that support everyday family life.

The project demanded steady organisation and a committed on-site team, with sequencing, workmanship and communication all playing key roles in keeping the programme on track. The finished home is one we are extremely proud of – a thoughtful reworking of the original property, built to a high standard and shaped around the clients’ long-held aspirations.
